Peace doesn't mean a lack of productivity.

Passion doesn't mean frenzied activity.

You don't have to choose one or the other.

Peace and Passion are both possible.

"Deep within us all there is an amazing inner sanctuary of the soul, a holy place, a Divine Center . . . "

Thomas R. Kelly, A Testament of Devotion

I am pursuing passionate peace, and inspiriting others on the same journey. It's all about spiritual health, wellness, and maturity.

While I am still learning, I love sharing what I've learned to this point. This is my place to do that. Some of my posts will be Bible study-oriented. I am a Christian, a follower of Jesus, and a pastor so much of what brings and helps me maintain a passionate, peaceful position in life is found in faith.

Other posts will be my reflections on what is happening around us. Some of them will be thoughtful and measured. Some will be raw, gut-level responses because I believe it's okay to have those. A commitment to living at peace with God, with yourself, and with others does not mean that you don't have emotional responses to things. The commitment to peace means finding healthy ways to process those emotions and not let them drag you into a chaotic existence.
